Coaching Excellence: The Course for Managers and Leaders
We have made it our mission to professionalise coaching as a management tool and thus offer coaching training specifically for managers. Erickson International’s Coaching Excellence course offers uniform standards worldwide which ensure a high level of training.
This course develops coaching competence as a management tool that leads to self-confident and balanced leadership. Through the immediate application of the concepts learned with direct reports and colleagues, knowledge is transferred within the organisation and thus contributes to the establishment of a coaching culture. As a leader, you thus support organisations and teams in creating better communication, avoiding crises and conflicts, increasing work performance and achieving better business results. Executives from all levels and organisations are welcome to participate in this programme to deepen their leadership skills, share their knowledge and grow together with other managers.
This executive coaching course includes parts of Erickson’s coaching training “The Art and Science of Coaching” and includes sixty coaching training hours (eight days) certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). After completing Modules I & II, you are eligible to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the ICF.
